What it means.
A guarantee is only worth something if you can read it in full before you sign. I agree it per creator and write it into your agreement, so the exact promise, the period it covers and what happens if it is not met are on paper in front of you.
I do not publish one set of terms for everyone, because the accounts I manage are not the same. A creator starting from zero and a creator already earning need different commitments for the promise to mean anything.

On the first call I go through your numbers, your niche and what you can realistically deliver each week.

Nothing is signed before you have read it and asked every question. If something is unclear, that is a reason for me to rewrite it, not for you to sign it.
