Privacy and your data.

What I collect.

When you fill in the creator application you give me your name, contact details, information about your account and your way of working. When you press send, your answers are delivered to me through the form service of my web host, Netlify, which stores them on my behalf so I can read them.

When you email me, I keep that message and your email address so I can answer you.

Why I keep it.

I use your application for one purpose: deciding whether we can work together, and preparing the first call if we can. I do not use it for advertising and I do not sell or share it with other agencies, creators or third parties.

Who can see it.

I read every application myself. If we start working together, the people on your account see only what they need to do their work, and everyone on the team is bound to confidentiality.

How long I keep it.

If we do not work together, I delete your application. If we do, I keep what I need for as long as I manage your account and for the period the law requires after that.

Your rights.

You can ask at any time what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email info@outlast-management.com and I answer within a few working days. If you are in the EU and you think I handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Your account and your content.

Your password and 2FA stay with you. Earnings are paid to your own account. Your content stays yours, with no rights claims, no resale and no exclusivity.

Cookies.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The application form keeps your answers in your own browser while you fill it in, so you do not lose them, and nothing is sent to me until you press send.
