I have been in this industry since 2021. Over the years I kept seeing the same thing happen: talented creators with real potential, drowning in a business they were never supposed to run entirely on their own.
Content planning. Social media. Growth. Monetisation. Messages. Strategy. Analytics. Organisation. And on top of all of that, constantly working out what to post next. At some point being a creator stops feeling like freedom and starts feeling like running five jobs at once.
I knew there had to be a better way. That is why I built OUTLAST.
I wanted to build the management I wish I'd had as a creator: personal, structured and genuinely involved. I don't want you to become one more name on a long roster. I don't believe in copying the same strategy from one girl to the next. And I don't believe you should have to chase your own management for answers.
At OUTLAST everything starts with you. Your personality, your audience, your boundaries, your strengths and what you actually want to achieve. From there my team and I build a strategy around you, not the other way around. Your content is planned in advance, so you know what to create and can organise your time around your life. Your social media, growth, monetisation and everything behind the scenes is handled by my team and me.
After years in this industry I already know how overwhelming all those moving parts become. I don't want them to be your problem anymore. You focus on creating, knowing there is an experienced team behind you taking care of the rest.
Because OUTLAST was never meant to squeeze as much as possible out of a creator for a few months. I want to build careers that are still growing years from now, beyond one viral video, one platform or one trend. Something built to last. That is why I called it OUTLAST.
