Chat specialist
You handle the conversations on one or two creator accounts: building relationships with subscribers, following the voice profile the creator approved, and turning attention into returning fans. No mass messages, no copy-paste, no crossing anyone's red list.
What I look for
- Written English that reads naturally, with clean grammar and spelling
- Experience in chat, sales, service or community work
- Comfortable working with adult content and mature audiences
- Reliable on your agreed shifts, with a private place to work
- Patience for detail: reading a voice profile and actually following it
Audience growth

Social media marketer
You build the audience behind the accounts: concepts, reels, posting rhythm, testing and scaling what works. You work from the weekly plan and report back on what moved and what did not.
What I look for
- Proven results growing accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit or X
- You think in tests and numbers, not in opinions about content
- Able to write briefings a creator can film from without extra explanation
- Experience in the creator or adult space is an advantage, not a requirement
- Organised enough to keep several accounts running without losing quality
Creator relations

Account manager
You are the person a creator talks to. You keep the plan on track across chat and marketing, prepare the report, and make sure agreements about boundaries and content are followed by everyone involved.
What I look for
- Experience managing client or creator relationships
- Able to read performance data and explain it in plain language
- Direct but careful communication, especially when the news is not good
- Understanding of how subscription platforms and creator income work
- Discretion. You will see numbers and details that stay inside the team.
Pay depends on experience and hours, and I discuss it openly on the first call. Every role starts with a paid trial period so both sides can judge the fit before committing.
